    Absolutely! Please make us aware of any allergies or aversions when ordering, and we will work to create a menu around those special requests.

  • Do you offer catering outside of New Orleans?

    Yes! We can cater to ex-pats or yearly visitors who crave a taste of New Orleans for their next big (or small) event. Travel is just a line item.

  • What types of events do you cater?

    From wine dinners to corporate events, popups, private parties, tailgates, birthdays, and more - We cater it all!

  • Besides full service catering, do you offer drop-off and pickup options?

    We offer both full-service catering (Including staff, setup, and service), as well as drop-off options.

  • Can you help with rentals, such as tables, chairs, and linen?

    Yes, we can assist with rentals and coordinate these details as part of our full-service catering packages.

  • Can you assist with event planning and coordination, beyond just catering services?

    Yes! We want your event to run smoothly, so we also offer event planning and coordination services when requested.

  • How far in advance should I book your catering services?

    It’s best to book with us as soon as possible! This ensures availability - especially during peak event seasons. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when the opportunity allows.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Our cancellation policy varies by order and depends on the agreed upon deadlines in your contract specific to your event. Important dates and deadlines will be provided to you depending on your specific needs. Already-purchased food, however, is nonrefundable.

  • Are you licensed and insured?

    Yes! Elliott’s New Orleans Catering Co. is a licensed and insured catering company.

  • Do you do seafood boils?

    Yes! We love to share the bounty of seafood Louisiana has to offer with traditional and non traditional boils.
